Good news! HKAC is planning our upcoming Archi-Trip to Turkey from 3 to 13 May 2019 !
Having hosted various civilisations, and having been influenced extensively by both Eastern and Western architecture, Turkey offers visitors an expansive architectural experience. With its unique location and rich history, Turkey is an open-air museum of the world's great architectural gems, featuring buildings from the Hellenistic, Roman, Byzantine, Seljuk, and Ottoman periods, as well from modern Turkey.
Since the 1950s, Turkey has been influenced significantly by the modern architecture movement. Some of Turkey’s most important architects began to complete their projects during this era.
This trip is specially curated by Architects KC KING, Corrin CHAN and Humphrey WONG. We will explore Turkey’s historical and latest architecture! We will also meet local architects who will share with us their views on Turkish architecture.
Don’t miss out this chance to explore together with us!
